My typical client is a senior leader — CxO, GM, SVP, VP, or Director — in a tech organization. You might work at a large company such as Oracle, Google, Facebook, and Genentech, or a small but growing startup. The biggest predictor of success will be how engaged you are with the coaching process, how open you are to self-reflection and how willing you are to get out of your comfort zone.
